Intro to ExpressionEngine - Alexandria

Totally new to ExpressionEngine? Get a leg up on the learning curve in this 8-hour whirlwind ExpressionEngine Primer.

We’ll cover the basics, code some DRY templates, look at EE’s categories and relationships, install some add-ons, and tweak EE for best performance.

Class Prerequisites

  • Working knowledge of (X)HTML and CSS
  • A Laptop
  • MAMP/WAMP installed
  • ExpressionEngine installed

The Instructor

Michael Boyink

This class will be taught by Michael Boyink.

Michael has been teaching ExpressionEngine classes for over five years, has worked on dozens of ExpressionEngine-based websites, wrote a book on ExpressionEngine 2, produced the first commercial EE screencasts, and has been a speaker at ExpressionEngine conferences.
