Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Student:

  • Student will receive a 100% refund only if Train-ee receives a notice of cancellation at least 15 full calendar days (not including the class start date) before the class start date.
  • Student will not be eligible for a refund if Train-ee does not receive a notice of cancellation 15 full calendar days before the class start date but another individual may attend in Student's place, or Student can choose to attend another currently-scheduled Train-ee class.
  • Students not able to attend a class due to severe inclement weather, natural or local disaster, power outage, or airline strike will receive a 75% refund or can apply their payment to any class scheduled in the next 6 months.
  • No-shows for any other reason will pay the full course rate.

Cancellation by Train-ee

  • A Train-ee class may be cancelled or rescheduled without prior warning, with money refunded to participants, for any of the following reasons: severe inclement weather, natural or local disaster, power outage, or airline strike. In this event Train-ee will make immediate attempts to contact registered students via email to advise of the cancellation or reschedule.
  • If Train-ee cancels or reschedules a class for any other reason, at least 5 days notice will be provided to registered students via email. In this case Train-ee will provide students with either a 100% refund or will allow students to apply their payment to any class scheduled in the next 6 months.
  • Train-ee cannot be responsible for penalties resulting from students having to re-arrange their travel bookings due to classes being cancelled or rescheduled for any reason.
