The winning bidder of the auction agrees:

  • that the website will be donated to an organized church
  • to allow Boyink Interactive and Train-ee.com to continue to promote the site and auction on the internet

The church who ends up with the site agrees:

  • to either register a new domain for the website or re-direct an existing domain to the site as hosted on EngineHosting
  • to use the site knowing that a copy of it will remain at http://church.train-ee.com for illustration purposes.
  • to use the site knowing that it will be mentioned in an upcoming book from Train-ee, which will be a compiled, edited and improved version of the free tutorials covering the site build at Train-ee.com
  • that the 10 hours of customization and training provided by Boyink Interactive cover tweaks to the current functionality, do not cover base-level design or color changes other than adding a logo which would be provided by the church
  • that the intent is to train an internal developer such that the church will not be dependent on Boyink Interactive for future changes.
  • that any changes or training past the 10 hours specified would be invoiced at Boyink Interactive’s standard rate.
  • that they will be responsible for hosting costs after the first year
  • that they will be responsible for any email-related setup, configuration or migration working with EngineHosting

Michael Boyink of Boyink Interactive, LLC and Train-ee.com Agrees:

  • to provide detailed financial summary of fundraising event
  • to provide financial documents as needed by high bidder for any tax purposes
